Herman the German

The Haunted Mk II King Tiger Tank Bovington Camp is the home of the world famous Tank Museum and also its resident ghost known affectionately as by the soldiers and staff at the camp.

The ghost is belived to be that of a German officer, who has been frequently seen wandering the museum at night, peering into a Second World War Tiger Tank, in which he is thought to have been killed during the North African Campaign.
