Beaminster Market and Charter Fair

Morris Dancing Beaminster is intending to turn the clock back to celebrate the 725th anniversary of its charter granted in 1284. The market starts in the Square at 10am and hopes to emulate the medieval atmosphere by hosting stalls and crafts which reflect the period.

At 4pm a band will lead a parade of children in fancy dress to the Memorial Gardens where the judging will take place alongside a hog roast, games and maypole dancing!

The Babylon Morris will be there performing from 12.00pm
